ADDAX Warranty
ADDAX Overland, Inc., warrants your product to be free of structural and workmanship defects for a period of (24) twenty-four months and of electrical defects for a period of (12) twelve months from the date of delivery. This warranty extends to the original buyer and each successive buyer within the warranty period.
ADDAX Overland, Inc., will repair or replace, free of charge, any part proving defective in structural or electrical workmanship within these respective warranty periods. All warranty repairs and services must be performed by ADDAX Overland, Inc., or a service facility expressly authorized by ADDAX Overland, Inc., unless otherwise mutually agreed with you.
All expenses related to replacing or repairing a defective part under this warranty shall be assumed by ADDAX Overland, Inc., except for the following costs, which the buyer shall bear:
Warranty Exclusions
This warranty does not apply to any costs, repairs, or services for the following:
Service calls to correct the installation by the buyer or a dealer of the product or to explain the usage of the product to the buyer.
Repairs necessitated by use other than normal intended use.
Damages resulting from misuse, abuse, accidents, alterations, or improper installation.
Corrective work necessitated by repairs made by anyone other than ADDAX Overland, Inc.
DISCLAIMER: ADDAX OVERLAND, INC., HAS NO LIABILITY (AND THERE IS NO BASIS FOR ANY PRESENT OR FUTURE ACTION, SUIT, PROCEEDING, HEARING, INVESTIGATION, CHARGE, COMPLAINT, CLAIM, OR DEMAND AGAINST THE COMPANY GIVING RISE TO ANY LIABILITY) FOR REPLACEMENT, REPAIR, OR OTHER DAMAGES IN CONNECTION WITH ANY EQUIPMENT OR ACCESSORIES (SUCH AS TENTS, FRIDGES, OR SOLAR PANEL, AMONG OTHERS) NOT MANUFACTURED BY ADDAX OVERLAND, INC. THE CUSTOMER MUST CONTACT THE MANUFACTURER OF SUCH EQUIPMENT OR ACCESSORIES FOR SERVICES AND/OR COMPLAINTS.
